Job summary

A security systems supplier in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage full sets of accounts and oversee office administration. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with experience in project-based work considered an advantage. This role offers a competitive salary package up to $3,500 plus bonuses and a permanent position, operating Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM.

  • Experience in the construction industry or project-based work will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Issue invoices and process payments.
  • Oversee general office administration and support HR functions.

  • Working Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform monthly bank, petty cash, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Issue invoices, process payments, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Process staff claims, reimbursements, and monitor company expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee general office administration, including maintaining records, managing office supplies, and supporting HR functions such as leave management and staff onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for accounting and administrative documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
