Job summary

A security solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and prepare reconciliations while ensuring timely month-end close. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Professional Certificate or equivalent in Finance or Accountancy, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, issuing tax invoices, and liaising with auditors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and preparation of reconciliation within deadlines.
• Issue tax invoices with delivery order to customers.
• Responsible for timely month-end close and management reporting activities.
• Oversee month-end closing and management reporting.
• Handle GST and liaise with auditors.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Full set of accounts and preparation of reconciliation within deadlines
• Manage and maintain proper filing records
• Issue tax invoice with delivery order to customer and manage AR and AP list
• Responsible for the timely month end close and management reporting activities
• Responsible for GST, IRAS etc.
• Experience in doing year-end closing and audit
• Liaise with auditors for internal & external audits
• Perform other ad hoc duties whenever needed

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate or NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy or Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General or Cost Accounting or equivalent.
