We are a leading waterproofing & leakage repair specialist in Singapore. Due to strong business growth, we are seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to support the company with day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance & Accounting:
    • Handle billing/invoicing to customers and vendors
    • Follow up and record payments from customers and vendors
    • Process payments (staff claims, suppliers, etc.), petty cash, and record company’s expenses
    • Liaise with external accountant on matters related to company accounts
  • Customer Service:
    • Answer queries from customers via WhatsApp, calls, and emails in a professional manner
    • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, quotations, and after-service follow up requests
  • Office & General Administration:
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other admin tasks
    • Handle printing tasks, filing forms, etc.
    • Support Director with other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or higher in Accounting or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is required
Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: SGD 2,500–3,500/month
  • Benefits: Annual cash bonus, annual leave
  • Working hours: 8AM-5:30PM
