About the role

Aerospace Component Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Accounts & Admin Assistant / Executive to join our team in the Changi North Region. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our organisation, playing a crucial part in ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day operations of our company.


Responsibilities


  1. Provide administrative support to the General Manager/Directors.

  2. Management Meeting minutes taking.

  3. Collate and compile Board of Directors' Meeting Schedules and presentation material.

  4. Reception - Handle phone calls, visitors, meeting room, incoming/outgoing letters and couriers.

  5. Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, cars) and visa application/renewal.

  6. Administrator for Company Social Media.

  7. In‑charge of Office supplies.

  8. Assist Finance to process invoices (AP and AR).

  9. Download bank audit trail reports.

  10. Assist Finance on administrative tasks (filing, Docusign, update Permit File, submitting Utilities Data, etc.).

  11. Ad‑hoc assignments as needed based on business exigencies.
