Working Hours: 5.5 day Work Week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm

Job Scope:

  • Handle data entry, invoices, and payment records
  • Assist with Accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Manage filing, documentation, and office administration tasks
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year Accounting experience
