Responsibilities
  • Handle AP matters like payment and invoice processing
  • Handle AR matters like cash and cheques collection processing
  • Assist in preparing reports e.g. GST, debtors aging etc
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
