Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounts payable, process invoices, and support financial closing activities. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position requires proficiency in MS Excel and preferably Oracle. Qualifications

• Verify accounts payable records, process invoices and payments, and perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation.
• Utilize the ERP system to input data, perform AP matching, generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries from both Internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the periodic closing process.
• Provide support for system implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with tax and audit-related matters.
• Act as a team player and provide backup support for team members as needed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
