Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage financial accounting, including handling daily accounts, preparing statements, and managing crypto assets. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience from a big 4 or MNC, fluent in English and Chinese, and holds a relevant degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience from big 4 or MNC.
• Ability to communicate with Chinese stakeholders.
• Experience in financial analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Record the expense account.
• Handle daily accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Manage digital currency accounts and wallets.
• Assist external audits for compliance.
• Optimize liquidity of both fiat and crypto assets.
• Provide financial analysis and management advice.

Responsibilities

• Record the expense account

• Communicate related tax and accounting

• Financial accounting: handle daily accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial standards.

• Crypto asset management: responsible for digital currency account processing, wallet management, transaction reconciliation, etc.

• Audit and compliance: assist external audits to ensure that financial processes comply with regulations and tax requirements.

• Fund management: optimize the liquidity of the company's fiat currency and crypto assets to support business development.

• Business support: provide financial analysis and management advice for transactions, investment and mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders

• 3+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience from big 4 or MNC

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical skills
