Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, including customer orders, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

  • Manage shipments and deliveries by liaising with logistics, warehouse, and vendors, ensuring proper documentation and goods receipt.

  • Full set accounting for subsidiary and AP module for main company.

  • Perform general administrative duties and support operational processes, taking initiative to identify improvements and resolve issues.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administrative roles (experience in a distributor/logistics environment preferred).

  • Proficient in full set accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations; experience with accounting software or SAP and Odoo is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
