Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage invoicing, prepare financial reports, and handle reconciliations in Yishun. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing accounts and communicating effectively with clients. This position offers a salary of up to $3,500 monthly and a work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR & AP aging reports and statements.

Working day : 5 day ( Mon - Fri ) , 8am - 5.45pm

Salary : $3000 -$3500 [ Can slightly higher if good experience ]

Location : Yishun

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing – Issue invoice, debit notes, credit notes, cash sales, delivery orders
• Processing incoming cheques
• Prepare AR & AP aging report & prepare Statement of Accounts
• Prepare Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Bank Drafts, Letter of Credit (L/C) documents for remittance
• Prepare export L/C documents for bank negotiation
• Data entry of invoices and receipts
• Handling of Bank Reconciliation
• Process claims and petty cash documentations
• Commission Calculation.
• Check and confirm incoming funds with various banks
• Contact clients for overdue payments
• Filing of sales invoice
• Ad-hoc duties assigned
