• Handle daily accounting duties including AR/AP, data entry and filing.
• Responsible for invoicing and billing processes.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist in audits.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties including operations in AR/AP, data entry and documents filing, etc.
• Experience in handling volumize payment processing will be given advantages.
• Responsible for all matters related to invoicing, which include billing to customers and intercompany.
• Ensure billing completeness, timely collection of outstanding and receipts match to invoices.
• Assist in preparing monthly and regular accounting reports
• Update daily cash book and Bank reconciliation.
• Update audit schedule
• Prepare quarterly GST submission.
• Assist in year-end Financial Audit
• Prepare monthly accounting report to ship owner
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirement

• ACCA, Higher Diploma or above in accounting
• 3 years or above work experience in accounting or audit field
• Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Experienced with computerized accounting system
• Self-disciplined, independent, well-organized and detail-oriented
