• Handle full set of accounts

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents and tax authorities
• Human Resources duties
• Monthly payroll preparation and CPF submission
• IRAS AIS, IR8A, corporate tax, income tax etc.
• MOM WPOL/EPOL matters
• Other administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

• At least a diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking associates in the course of work
