Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with ACCA, CPA, or CA membership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional accounting firm environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to mentor team members.
• Highly meticulous, organized, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Hands-on experience with XERO or other cloud-based accounting systems is preferred.
• Chinese speaking is preferred for communication with clients in Greater China.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Review financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance of accounting records and statutory filings.
• Supervise bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead closing processes to deliver statements on time.
• Mentor junior accountants and foster high-performance culture.
• Streamline accounting processes using cloud-based systems.
• Serve as the primary client contact for professional guidance.
