About Us
We are a well-established construction company in Singapore, known for large-scale bridge pile foundations, industrial pile foundations, foundation pit support, diaphragm walls and static drill root pile construction projects. It has a 5 provincial-level construction methods and holds over 100 national patents, providing clients with optimal geotechnical equipment and engineering solutions.As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage payroll processes, including CPF submissions and employee benefits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST and tax filing.
  • Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and CPF regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
