Job description

Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts.
• Invoice Management: Keep meticulous records of outstanding invoices and actively follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to secure timely payments.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Financial Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and financial reports.
• Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: Perform regular audits of financial transactions and accounts, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
