The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure accuracy of financial data, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
  • Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and monitor company budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Track performance against budget and explain variances.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Approve journal entries and review balance sheet schedules.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Delegate tasks, review performance, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Provide training and support for professional development.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal control procedures.
  • Identify and improve inefficient processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and security of financial data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial performance.
  • Support business planning and strategy with financial projections.
  • Assist in decision-making for investments, cost control, and profitability.
Job description
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
