Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to manage full-set accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, GST, and reporting.

You will coordinate audits, ensure IFRS-compliant closing, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and strong Excel/SAP/ERP skills, with excellent communication abilities and GST knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel, and accounting software is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting functions: AR, AP, GL, GST, reporting, reconciliations, intercompany.
• Close monthly, quarterly, and year-end; ensure IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting docs for audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; comply with GST, XBRL, ACRA filings.
• Oversee AR/AP: invoicing, collections, payments, bank reconciliations, master data.
• Monitor cash flow, banking, fund transfers for liquidity.
• Process purchase requisitions, staff claims, GIRO, and corporate card apps.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors, auditors, and HQ on finance matters.
• Enforce financial policies, strengthen controls, drive process improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports; support corporate secretarial matters.
