Job Description/Summary

Repair.sg is a growing repair-service startup, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Assistant to help manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company. Training will be provided, and you’ll get hands‑on experience handling real business finances for a small, fast‑moving team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.

  • Manage accounts receivable - monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers politely to ensure they pay on time.

  • Manage accounts payable - prepare payments for vendors and ensure all supporting documents are in order.

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and simple bookkeeping entries.

  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and internal records, and highlight discrepancies where necessary.

  • Help prepare basic financial summaries, cash flow tracking, and simple monthly reports.

  • Support the team with general admin tasks related to finance such as data entry, filing documents, and organising digital records.

  • Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, not strictly required.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome.

  • Relevant experience in accounting preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

  • Comfortable communicating with customers when following up on payments (training will be given).

  • Familiarity with Excel or basic accounting software is a plus.

  • Organised, responsible, and able to work independently once trained.
