Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive management of finance and accounting functions.
  • Compile monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting for the holding company and subsidiary.
  • Manage budgeting, costing, cash flow management, and forecasting.
  • Manage internal and external audits, taxation matters, GST submissions, and statutory declarations related to finance.
  • Liaise with tax agent and relevant local authorities to ensure compliance with government requirements, including transfer pricing.
  • Review and ensure compliance with all accounting entries.
  • Address operational and financial concerns within the team.
  • Contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Offer support and assistance in various finance-related tasks and projects as required.
  • Coordinate with all departments to provide administrative support.
  • Manage daily operations of Finance & Accounting Department including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
  • Develop efficient and accurate work procedures as part of continuous improvement culture.
  • Handle monthly/quarterly closing of financial records and posting of month‑end information; ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and month‑end closings.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets for the holding company and its subsidiary.
  • Responsible for annual stock‑take and year‑end closing to be completed on time and accurately.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA level 1‑2 or higher.
  • Preferably candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
  • Self‑motivated, dynamic, proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision ERP System is advantageous.
