Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for the company.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system.
• Prepare and assist in filing GST returns.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial reports.
• Manage cash flow and financial planning.
• Verify accuracy and validity of invoices before approval.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Oversee and administer the financial aspects of operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree qualification with (Accounting, Finance, or related fields)
• Experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Mature, responsible, and detail oriented.
• Adaptable, independent and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
