Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping, including journal entries, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts and vendor statements.
  • Help with inventory and vault accounting, ensuring proper record‑keeping of metal movements and valuations.
  • Assist in audit preparation, filing of accounting documents, and maintaining compliance records.
  • Participate in the review of SOAs (Statement of Accounts) and ensure accuracy in client reporting.
  • Support the finance team in implementing process improvements and digital record management.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance Department when required.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Background in accountancy or finance will be appreciated.

Monthly remuneration can be adjusted based on experience.
