Responsibilities
- To be responsible for all Accounts Receivables & Payables that align with the Corporate Finance department’s goals.
- To monitor processing of invoices and month end closing.
- To ensure timely collection of payments.
- To conduct credit checks on new accounts.
- To prepare bank reconciliation, GST returns, audit schedule and other forecasting reports as required.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc billing reports for customers.
- To be responsible for Claims processing.
- To assist in liaising with external auditor, tax agents and professional advisors on related matters.
- To maintain related documents and store them in a systematic way with proper traceability.
- To coordinate and assist in day-to-day administration and housekeeping duties.
- To carry out any other duties as may be expected in a post of this level.
