Job Title: Accountant (ID8358)
Location: Commonwealth, Singapore
Working hour: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3000 - $6000

Overview

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation of the Finance Department
• Responsible for the full set of accounts using SAP B1
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and co-ordinate payments, petty cash transactions
• Prepare management financial report in SAP
• Submission of quarterly GST return
• Prepare annual budgeting
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
• Other accounting duties or tasks as assigned by Directors

Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge and careful with figures
• Mature and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Good working attitude, positive and responsible
• Experience in SAP Software will be an advantage
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to always maintain confidentiality
• Preferably candidates who are highly efficient, well organized and has a desire to learn and grow his/her potential
