Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and consolidation reports.
• Manage statutory reporting, tax filings, and liaise with auditors.
• Analyze company’s financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
• Safeguard financial documents and records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set accounts, taxation & consolidation.
• Familiar with Singapore financial regulations, tax, and audit compliance.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing or engineering/construction sectors.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with overseas HQ).
• Singaporean or PR only.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 13th month
• Annual Bonus: Performance-based
• Annual Leave: 14 days
