Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to maintain full sets of accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations. The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC, and familiarity with foreign currency transactions. Proficiency in Excel is required, and knowledge of Epicor accounting software is a plus. This role involves managing inventory and ensuring timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for all General Ledger accounts.
• Manage inventory, including stock code creation and inventory adjustments.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises as per corporate guidelines.
• Execute Hyperion reporting.
• Prepare GST schedules and ensure timely submission of GST returns.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local tax agents.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filings and reporting requirements per corporate and statutory guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a MNC.
• Experience in handling foreign currency transactions and exchange.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Epicor accounting software is an added advantage.
