Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant to deliver full-set bookkeeping and tax services for Japanese clients in Singapore.

You will handle data entry, basic reporting, GST and withholding tax preparation, and year-end closings, while advising clients on a wide range of accounting matters. Requirements include 2 years’ experience in Singapore accounting, advanced Japanese language skills to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, and CPA or accounting qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in full set of accounting in Singapore.
• Advanced proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Experience in preparing and submitting GST and Withholding Tax is a plus.
• CPA or accounting qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience in an accounting firm or tax consultancy is preferred.

• Position: Accountant (Full time or Part Time) (20395)
• Permanent role however flexible for either Contract (Min 6 months) or Part time (Min 20 hours per week) arrangement depending on availability

About the role

Accounting professional providing full-set bookkeeping and tax services for Japanese clients. Provide comprehensive accounting services, primarily for Japanese-affiliated companies in Singapore.
