Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to manage both accounting and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing payroll, and overseeing HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties :
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable / receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare and submit tax filings and audit documentation
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
Human Resources Duties :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes : job posting, screening
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and claims
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles
- Familiarity with payroll software and accounting tools (Xero)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
