Responsibilities

• Assist in group consolidation (80+ entities), financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial reports and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee accounts of subsidiaries to ensure timely closing and reporting.
• Prepare statistics/surveys and ensure compliance with tax filing requirements.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.

Job Descriptions

• Assists in group consolidation (80+ entities), financial reporting and financial analysis
• Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission
• Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement
• Support and assist in Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast
• Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent with 3-4 years’ post-degree experience
• Good knowledge on group consolidation of accounts
• Working knowledge in tax filing
