Responsibilities

• Able to establish and maintain accounting practices for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries in compliance with local and international standards.


• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations, including general ledger management, consolidation, and statutory filings.


• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting for both local and group requirements.

• Support the integration of local entities into the group accounting framework.


• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement or enhance financial systems tailored for overseas operations.


• Continuously review and optimize accounting workflows to drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage financial operations and ensure tax and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.


• Serve as a key liaison between local entities and group finance to uphold governance and reporting standards.

• Partner with project teams to provide financial insights and data-driven analysis for business decisions.


• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; prior experience in the gaming or technology industry preferred.


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including exposure to both Big 4 audit and in-house finance functions.


• Well verse in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools, SQL, or VBA is advantageous.


• Well verse in local and international financial reporting standards and tax compliance.
