The Opportunity

It is an opportunity for an accountant to join their team

The Job

You will be part of the Fixed Assets (FA) team and is responsible for ensuring that the fixed asset register is complete and in compliance with prevailing polices, law and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review fixed asset reports for audits and management (e.g. stock-take, project-in-progress, consolidated schedules).
• Reconcile asset data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Review development expenditures to determine capitalisation eligibility.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to departments on asset policies and SOPs.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using tools like RPA and dashboards.
