Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in F&B and distribution businesses. The Accountant will manage accounting matters across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Handle billing, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records.
• Prepare reports for management review and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handle GST filings and related submissions.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Xero accounting system.
• Experience in F&B and distribution businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing, AR/AP, reconciliations, and multi-entity accounting.
• Familiarity with audits, tax compliance, and GST filing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
