Responsibilities
- Record all sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain and update the GST register; prepare quarterly GST summaries for submission.
- Generate monthly Accounts Receivable reports and share with clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist external accounting firm with annual financial reporting, including preparation of the depreciation schedule.
- Calculate and process monthly staff payroll, ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Reconcile intercompany and customer/vendor balances to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
