Job Summary

As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant, you will provide support in financial and administrative tasks. The candidate must be capable of managing financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate day‑to‑day operation.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that finances are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Process daily AR and AP transactions, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and maintained in systems.
  • Process cash/bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare audit schedules, assist with annual statutory audit.
  • Provide administrative support within the Finance department.
  • Provide IT administrative support, including scheduling appointments with Global IT for periodic system updates and maintenance.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, storage, handling phone calls and security of documents.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • At least Nitec in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
