Account Executive
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Aljunied
Basic Salary: $3800 - $4200

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage full sets of accounts, including accurate recording of income and expenses.




• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.




• Handle GST submissions, tax computations, and assist with annual audits.




• Issue sales invoices and manage collection through cash, cheques, GIRO, and telegraphic transfers.




• Monitor and handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.




• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, contractors, vendors, and customers on financial matters.




• Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines and financial regulations.




• Perform general administrative duties, filings, and other ad-hoc finance-related tasks.
