Job summary

A service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced Accountant to deliver high-quality accounting services. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in accounting, at least 5 years of experience, and strong knowledge of fund management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP systems is essential. You will manage accounting matters for both Singapore and offshore companies, ensuring excellent client interaction and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or recognized professional certification.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar job.
• Good knowledge of fund management and accounting.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin would be a benefit.

Accountant (Client - Service Provider)

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and produce the best professional performance in the field of accounting, corporate tax, GST, and any other services;
• Deliver on time and with high quality.
• The primary goal is teamwork and client emphasis.
• You are always required to interact in a service oriented, polite, respectful, and professional manner with clients, coworkers, authorities, and any other third parties;
• Providing a comprehensive range of accounting and accounting‑related services in connection with the Company’s and Client Companies’ operations;
• Dealing with all accounting matters (both for Singapore and offshore companies as well as trusts), including monthly management accounts if so desired, financial statement production, XBRL reporting, tax computation, and advice to the directors;

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or recognized professional certification
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar job
• Good knowledge of fund management and accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems.
• Proficient in English (Mandarin would be a benefit)
