Job summary

A leading global consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts covering South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and be proficient in using SAP and MS Office. Strong analytical skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the IT industry, to handle tax compliance and audit activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with ACCA or CA qualification is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial entities, preferably from IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office and SAP is a Must.

Responsibilities

• Handle FULL SET of ACCOUNTS including GL journal entries and Closing activities.
• Assist in tax reporting and compliance on GST, WHT, and Corporate Tax.
• Support internal and external audit, and audit schedule.

Our client is one of the Top Global Software Vendors. They are seeking for an Accounting professional, based in Singapore covering the entire South East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Handle FULL SET of ACCOUNTS including GL journal entries and Closing activities
• Cover the accounting activities for the entire South East Asia
• Assist in tax reporting and compliance on GST, WHT, and Corporate Tax
• Involve in Intercompany Accounting by preparing monthly recharge and reconciliation
• Handle Cash flow forecasting and management
• Support internal and external audit, and audit schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with ACCA or CA qualification is required
• Strong Accounting background with experience in handling Full Set of Accounts including Closing
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial entities, preferably from IT industry
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office and SAP is a Must
• Strong analytical skill and detail-minded
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent and a good team player
• Positive attitude, stable, persistence, and able to face challenges and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
