Accountant - AP (2 months/PHARMA MNC) - West/up to $5k #HAO

Salary: up to $5000

Duration: 2 months contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Tuas (pickup from Jurong East)

Job Description:

Process Account Payable (AP) invoices daily and ensure timely payment to the suppliers.

• Work closely and liaise with the internal users and suppliers to resolve AP invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), GR/IR and payment related matters.
• Responsible for month‑end closing activities such as preparation for journals posting, closing of milestone activities, month‑end schedules, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Prepare GR/IR schedules and follow up with the suppliers and Supply Chain (SCM) to resolve open issues.
• Responsible for withholding tax computation, ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Responsible for monthly inter‑company reconciliations.
• Execute internal control tasks on‑time monthly.
• Support audit, tax audit, statutory and year‑end reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Min Degree in Accountancy w min 3 yrs of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/life science/manufacturing industries
