Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior staffs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting functions including AR, AP, and GL
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with SFRS and other relevant international GAAP.
  • Assist clients with the preparation and filing of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and submissions to IRAS.
  • Review and analyze monthly management accounts and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate audit schedules, address auditor queries, and prepare necessary financial documentation.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to account executives, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with management to improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and processes.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS and other international GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Experience with GST, tax compliance, and knowledge of IRAS regulations.
  • Preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
