Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an Accountant/Account Executive/Account Assistant for freelance or part-time roles. Responsibilities include managing invoicing, financial reports, and GST filing. Candidates with accounting experience and knowledge of relevant software tools are preferred. The position offers hybrid working options and supports hands-on training.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Willing to learn; hands-on training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Post sales and suppliers’ invoices.
  • Manage Fixed Asset Register and depreciation.
  • Handle journal entries and adjustments.
  • Prepare GST filing.
  • Conduct monthly account closing procedures.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Generate financial reports.

Our company provides accounting, company secretarial and taxation services to SME. We help SME owners resolve accounting and related issues.

Note: Candidates with accounting experience and familiarity with any of following accounting software, plus the ability to work independently will have an advantage.

Accounting software – Xero/Quickbook/MYOB/Autocount/ZOHO/SAP B1/SAP Hana

Fee depends on volume, complexity of assignments and time commitment. Some assignments will be offsite whereas others may be hybrid (onsite and offsite).
