Asia Success Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team based in Marina Centre, Central Region. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analysing variances to identify areas for improvement
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support the management team in strategic decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and expertise
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably within the management accounting and budgeting function
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications, such as Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable financial records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mandarin speaking is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
