Job description

We are a food manufacturing company looking for a full‑time accountant with a degree in accounting, at least 3 to 7 years of experience as an accountant, and experience using accounting software.

Job scope
  1. Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.
  2. Required to handle a full set of accounts, including data entry.
  3. Support in processing invoices, payments, and collections; manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist the Accounts receivable and Accounts payable functions.
  4. Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
  5. Prepare quarterly GST filing.
  6. Involve in quarterly stock count.
  7. Liaise with external auditors. Preparation of a full set of accounts, including audit schedules, and assist in preparing financial statements, monthly closing processes, and providing data for audits.
  8. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
