Overview

Our client is a trading firm focused on cryptocurrency markets, providing liquidity and strategic capital across both centralized and decentralized platforms. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Analyst to support their Singapore operations. The title reflects the flat structure of the team, and the role offers exposure to both local and cross-border finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Account Handling & Treasury Operations
  Manage daily banking activities including account monitoring, fund transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking. Ensure optimal liquidity across accounts and support treasury planning.
• Payments & Vendor Management
  Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time. Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and support procurement-related finance workflows.
• Audit Preparation & Coordination
  Prepare audit schedules, gather supporting documentation, and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of statutory audits.
• Tax Compliance & Filings
  Handle Singapore tax filings including GST and corporate tax. Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations and support tax reporting and documentation.
• Regulatory & Financial Reporting
  Maintain financial records in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross-Border Collaboration
  Work closely with the finance team abroad to align on reporting standards, consolidate financial data, and support group-level initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Controls
  Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and strengthen internal controls, particularly in areas related to crypto transactions and treasury.
