Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage the full set of accounts, prepare monthly closing reports, and ensure compliance with GST requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, project billing, and liaising with auditors. Strong accounting and financial reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle Full Set of Accounts including AR, AP, GL, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare Monthly Closing and Management Report.
• Monitor credit control and cash flow.
• Prepare and submit GST.
• Check & Update Project Progress Claim, Prepare Project tracking report.
• Manage Project WIP, Project Progress Claim Billing.
• Liaise with banker regarding company facilities issue.
• Prepare audit schedule and year-end report, liaise with auditor.
• Liaise with external auditor, secretary, tax agent regarding tax and accounting issues.
• Manage month-end closing and full set accounts.

• ✓ Prepare Monthly Closing and Management Report
• ✓ Monitor credit control and cashflow
• ✓ Preparation and submission of GST
• ✓ Checking & Update Project Progress Claim, Prepare Project tracking report.
• ✓ Project WIP, Project Progress Claim Billing
• ✓ Liaise with banker regarding company facilities issue.
• ✓ Prepare audit schedule, prepare year-end report and liaise with auditor
• ✓ Liaise with external auditor, secretary, tax agent regarding tax and accounting issue
• Managed month-end closing and full set accounts except for GST submission & tax filling
• Maintained accurate records of financial transactions
