The role involves preparing monthly financial reports, handling tax matters, and liaising with internal and external auditors. Candidates must have a degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in construction. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

The Fast Flow Group of Companies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Weixing New Building Material Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Weixing NBM 002372.SZ), headquartered in Zhejiang, China.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial records for our Australia unit. In addition to this core responsibility, the successful candidate will assist with Group consolidation accounts and support other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Description
  • Manage the financial and statutory accounting for the entity assigned.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year‑end financial reports.
  • Prepare WIP and provide recommendations on project profitability and cost optimisation.
  • Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
  • Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
  • Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
  • Ad‑hoc duties assigned, which may include review of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with HQ colleagues in China.
