Responsibilities

• Maintaining a full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Prepare, track, verify and process invoices
• Handle reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month end closing for AP and AR
• Track project budgets, contracts and renewals
• Evaluate and project costs, identify variances, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including GST regulations and reporting requirements
• Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
