Job summary

A leading aviation company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle day-to-day operations and support costing processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy or ACCA and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance operations, preferably with experience in handling production standard costing cycles.
• Prior working experience in Japanese company will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day accounts operation, support of develop and maintain standard costs.
• Collect and analyze product costing and report results.
• Tracking variances and making journal entries.
• Periodic inventory valuation and physical count.
• Support Fixed Assets count.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
• Involve in various month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support in budget process.
• Involve in internal and external audit.
• Participate in process improvement/project.
