Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly financial management reports including financial analysis and recommendations
• Management of fixed assets register
• Stock Management including monthly physical stocktake
• Management of Account Payable
• Management of Account Receivable
• Cash Flow and Cash Flow Budget Management
• Human Resource Management including Payroll and Leave management
• Foreign Exchange Management and Hedging
• Liaise with company secretary and auditors for financial audit purpose and periodic secretarial work
• Liaise with tax agent for tax related matters
• Liaise with forwarders for import and export of goods

Other Requirements

• Min Bachelor degree in Accounting from a recognised university
• Certified Practising Accountant (CPA)
• At least 10 years working experience in the communication industry and customer service environment
• 5 1/2 days work week
