Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks an organized Accountant to manage financial processes. The role includes handling accounts payable, supporting month-end closing, and providing exceptional service. Working hours: Monday – Thursday : 8:30am – 6pm, Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Descriptions:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned divisions, promptly addressing their queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and variance analysis.
• Handle daily tasks such as payment processing and validating employee claims via Concur.
• Reconcile vendor statements quarterly, ensuring accuracy with the organisation's records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with extracting documents for internal and external audits.
• Participate in UAT testing for the new ERP system and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or any related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and Month-end closing activities.
• Well-versed in SAP, Concur and Microsoft Office applications.
