Job Title: Finance Executive

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts

  • Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements

  • Assist with bank reconciliation

  • Monthly closing of AP, AR accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements

  • Timely month-end and year-end closings, including preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.

  • Assist in other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
