Job description
Roles & Responsibilities

Bread Butter Bacon is looking for a self-starter Account Servicing Team Lead who can manage multiple projects, the scope of work from ATL, BTL and Social Media.

What you'll be doing :
  • Liaising with clients, interpreting their briefs, and providing timely responses to client requests (Basically their BFF)
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, the target audience and their competitors' activities
  • Taking ownership of the brands including managing the finance aspect such as scope development and billings (Meticulous people, we're looking at you 👀)
  • Exhibiting planning and coordination skills across social channels
  • Ensuring campaign elements are delivered on time
  • Demonstrating understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, campaign budgeting, campaign creation and optimization
  • Analyzing social media trends, data and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Participating in pitches and help win new business – through being involved in client briefings, proposal development, defining scope of work and costings, while working alongside the head of social and account service team
  • Presenting work to internal teams and clients
  • Managing internal creative team.
Qualfications :
  • At least 4 or more years' experience in the same field of advertising
  • Have experience working on new business presentations
  • Excellent understanding of these social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok are musts. LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp and other social channels are nice-to-know.
  • Experience in Social Media Ad buys, planning, posting and reporting and CRM is a must.
  • Able to compile data across social media platforms for weekly / monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimization, and future strategy development
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • Being creative, ever-curious, and having an outgoing personality and positive energy are a plus
  • Singaporean or PR
